Event Details

Join us for our Level 4 – VTCT accredited strength and conditioning course.

Our Level 4 strength and conditioning award is open to all holders of L3 PT accreditation, and is the next step in your development.
If you’re working with sports teams, athletes, or want to enhance athletic performance, this is the course for you.

Weekend 1: 01-02 Feb 2020
Weekend 2: 29 Feb – 1 Mar 2020

Attendance and Assessment?
The course is run over 2 weekends of contact hours, with tuition from our experienced and expert tutors in Strength and conditioning. You will sit an examination on the second weekend, and book your hour assessment to be carried out at any point after you have completed the required contact hours.

Total: 4 days tuition + 1hour practical examination

A full level 4 accredited certification in strength and conditioning; as well as crucial skills in performance testing, programming for athletic development and performance, expert coaching and tuition, as well as first hand experience and tution in some of the most complex and high performance training methods around.

What are the requirements?
As a certified, industry recognised award, we provide accreditation through VTCT, in order to be accepted on to the course, you’ll need to hold a L3 PT qualification

As a level 4 strength and conditioning coach, you’re able to join the FHT, an accredited professional standards body, as well as REPS. Using your L4 S&C qualification you’ll be well suited to working with
